| Biography |
Taylor
Burns holds a B.S. and M.S. from Texas A & M University
and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate
business in
Tyler. He was the sales manager for what was then the largest real estate
firm in Tyler for 20 years, managing three offices and 37 agents. As
a
past President of the Tyler Economic Development Council, a Director
for the Tyler Board of Realtors, and past President of the Tyler Board
of
Realtors, Taylor is actively involved in promoting Tyler and the Texas
real estate industry. Taylor was the lead leasing agent and co-developer
of Woodgate Office Park, Tyler's largest office park development. He
has
negotiated lease transactions with tenants such as Aetna, Liberty Mutual,
Phillips, IBM, Continental Insurance, Merrill Lynch, and Atlantic Richfield.
Taylor
is the managing partner of Burns & Noble and is very active in the
local commercial market, closing an average of one hundred transactions
annually. |

Mark
D. Noble began his business career with Amoco Production Company
in 1976 after graduating from Texas Tech University with a B.B.A.
in Business
Management. Soon changing his business focus to commercial real estate,
Mark founded Noble and Simmons Real Estate in 1984 and in 1991
founded
Burns and Noble Commercial Real Estate with veteran real estate professional
Taylor Burns. Mark has achieved the professional designation of
the Society
of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). The SIOR designation represents
a high level of ethical conduct in the practice of commercial real
estate
and the attainment of minimum production standards set for Dallas area
brokers. Mark has represented such notable companies as The Trammell
Crow
Company, Lincoln Property Company, Triton Energy, SONAT Exploration Company,
Lanier Worldwide, PaineWebber, The Principal Financial Group and
many
local companies. Mark participates in such civic activities as the Tyler
Youth Leadership Conference and Junior Achievement. He has held
Board
of Directors positions at Willowbrook Country Club, The Tyler Teen Court,
The Tyler Mini-Bus, and the All Saints Resource and Development
Council.
In 1988, Mark served as the National President of the Texas Tech University
Ex-Students Association. |

Glenn
Eikner is a lifelong resident of Tyler, Texas and graduated cum laude
from Texas A & M University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. Glenn began
his real estate career in Tyler fourteen (14) years ago with McCaslin
Properties, Inc., as an office-leasing specialist. He has a wide range
of experience in brokerage, marketing, and leasing of Tyler office, industrial,
and retail properties. Over the past few years Glenn has handled leasing
and brokerage assignments for NationsBank, UNUM Life Insurance Company,
Provident Life & Accident Insurance Company, Bank One, Guaranty Federal
Bank, American Federal Bank and others. Glenn has received recognition
for his excellence in leasing by third party asset managers. Glenn has
been an active member of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce, having served
as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Highway Transportation Committee,
and has been a seven (7) year member of the Tyler Chamber's Contact Club.
In addition, he is also a Rotarian. Glenn's experience and skills as a
top producer are a vital part of maintaining the Burns and Noble dominance
in the local commercial real estate market.

Mark
Whatley,CCIM, a native of East Texas, holds an Associate Degree
in Real Estate from Trinity Valley Community College and a B.S.
from Texas
Tech University (1983). During the past 21 years Mark has been involved
in all aspects of the East Texas real estate market, from title
insurance
to real estate development. Over the years, Mark has completed numerous
brokerage and lease transactions including site selection for large
scale
retail developments and brokerage of several major office and retail
sales in the Tyler/ East Texas area. His background in computerized
information
systems has allowed Mark to create and maintain an extensive database
of real estate transaction data and contracts for the Smith County
area.
Mark is a member of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce, serving in the Contact
Club for three (3) years. A sales and leasing agent for Burns & Noble
since 1992, Mark has concentrated his efforts in commercial building
sales,
land sales, office and retail leasing. |

Lynda
Kozak is responsible for operations of the Burns and Noble third
party management portfolio. Formerly a Regional Manager with R&B
Realty Group of Houston and Los Angeles, Lynda has over nineteen
years of property
management experience in multiple markets including Virginia, Texas,
Colorado, Arizona, and Oklahoma. Property portfolios consisted
of commercial high-rise/mid-rise office, industrial parks, retail
and residential multi-family
housing, with ownership ranging from company owned joint ventures to
third party financial institutions. Lynda has served as the Regional
Training
Director for Assistant Property Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing
Agents. She has also mobilized start up teams for ventures into
new markets
and acquisitions of varied product type, directing the effort for a smooth
and successful transition to a stable management, leasing, and
financial
reporting team. Lynda was a member of the Westchase Business Council
in Houston, Texas where she was elected to their Advisory Board
and the Board
of Directors. Lynda has achieved the designation of Certified Property
Manager and holds a Texas Real Estate License. |

Sylvia
Craig joined the Burns & Noble staff in 1992 and oversees
the day-to-day management operations of the 90,514 square foot
Grande Centre
building. After attending Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville,
TN, she began a career, which has spanned over 30 years in various
administrative
capacities. Her experience includes the sole management of a credit bureau
in Thibodaux, LA, six (6) years as assistant to the Director of
Nursing
and supervisory staff at Medical Center Hospital, nine (9) years as administrative
assistant with a financial planning firm, and two (2) years with
a local
real estate/management firm prior to coming to Burns & Noble. Sylvia
was responsible for implementing the Emergency Evacuation Plan now in
place at Grande Centre. Her dedication and tireless work ethic has created
positive relationships with tenants and service vendors, as well as
establishing
a favorable working relationship with the property owner.

| Janine Ramirez, Commercial Property Manager, joined Burns & Noble in May of 2001. Janine is presently responsible for the management of six properties in a portfolio consisting of office, retail and industrial properties totaling over 321,000 square feet. Formerly a Property Manager with Hettig Management in Houston, Janine has over ten years experience in the Houston and Woodlands market and managed property portfolios under a variety of ownerships including company owned, institutional, joint venture and third party properties. She later started her own business, implementing a new concept of legal office executive suites, which she leased and managed in the Woodlands, Texas. |

| Judie Lawley, joined Burns & Noble Commercial Real Estate in May 2004. Judie's real estate career began as an appraiser with Wayne Haygood & Associates in Fort Worth, Texas. With relocation to Houston, Judie joined InterFirst Bank Trust Division where she advanced to Vice President of Trust Real Estate managing a mix of properties in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona and California. Judie was formerly employed with Transwestern Property Company in Houston and Woodmont Corporation in Dallas managing retail and office space before moving back to her native East Texas and joining Burns & Noble. Judie attended Houston Community College and Texas Christian University. She holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's License and has completed all required IREM courses for the CPM designation. Judie currently manages in excess of 527,000 square feet of retail space. Her career of over 25 years in real estate has consisted of commercial property management, leasing, sales and purchases. |

Jennifer Berry graduated cum laude from University of Texas at Tyler with a B.S. in Education. Jennifer began her property management career as a Residential Property Manager in multifamily real estate with Lincoln Property Company in Dallas , TX . Jennifer has over 12 years of real estate experience in the Dallas market working for Lincoln Property Company, Trammell Crow Company and L&B Realty Advisors, Inc. Formerly employed as a certified Elementary Education teacher, Jennifer returned to Real Estate in the Tyler area joining Burns & Noble Commercial Real Estate Services as a Commercial Property Manager in July 2006. Currently she is responsible for the day-to-day management of five properties consisting of office, retail and industrial totaling over 230,000 square feet. |
